Hi, I’m Adam Morris and I’m a Personal Trainer, Fitness Enthusiast, Avid Sportsman and regular enjoyer of good food and beer, born, raised and based in Wolverhampton.
After enjoying sport at school and first picking up and messing around with my Dad’s weights at the age of 11, I become serious about health and fitness which eventually lead me to changing career paths from the suited and booted office based corporate world to Personal Training.
My general philosophy about health and fitness is to train hard, enjoy what you’re doing and enjoy you life. I find that this approach means that the majority of the people I work with are able to stick to their fitness regime, follow a healthy diet while still being able to enjoy a social life and get great, sustainable and long term results – which is what most people are after!
